BROOKLINE, Furnished Room 1.25 miles to BU or LMA, 
in owner occupied Old Victorian.

My wife and I live in and operate a guest house in Brookline. 
We will have an opening on or about June 1st . . . for the upcoming year.
Another room will become available September 1, for the same fee while one with a PRIVATE bath could be available for $800 a month.
We are 1.25 miles from BU & Children's, (Longwood Medical Area).
I can provide a furnished room on my 2nd floor for $700 a month which includes Heat, Electric, Hot Water and a FREE WiFi signal is available.
You would need to share the Bathroom with a MD @ Harvard School of Public Health and a Boston University Grad student. The room has no TV, but is cable ready which would be your ONLY additional charge.
The room has a refrigerator in it and a microwave for the only cooking.
Pictures are available if a clean quiet safe place to live is needed.
We only RENT SINGLE OCCUPANCY for the year with first and last 
months rent required. References required and checked.
(We will accept a letter of university acceptance in lue of local reference)
We rent single occupancy, no overnight company permitted.
