We are a 7 min. walk to Commonwealth Avenue (Super 88) or Beacon Street.

September 1, for a year.

We have rented to many BU, Simmons and Harvard Medical
students over the years. If you want a clean, quiet, safe, 
place to live and study we might be exactly what you want?
Located on Naples Rd. @ Harvard St. Brookline, MA02446 in
the JFK Crossing Area, near Coolidge Corner.
The unit is individually keyed and has a refrigerator and
microwave for the only cooking!  This room has a walk-in
closet with a sink. You will need to share the bathroom 
with 2 other women. Ours is a STUDY house - parties are
not on our menu nor are overnight guests, including,
Husband, Mom, Dad, brother or sister. 
HSPH, HMS, BU or Simmons enrollment is sufficient reference,
but we conduct full investigations of ALL other guests.
Everyone cleans own room, we collect trash daily so we have
NO nonpaying guests!  Map and pictures of room available.

Available: 7-1, 2009 to 8-31, 2009 or until 8-31, 2010
