Gorgeous 1 room in a 2bed room apartment with huge living room for summer sublet (May 14 to July 30). Located in Brookline on Beacon and Saint Paul. Right next to the Green C line Saint Paul T stop. Steps to everything in Coolidge Corner. Elevator in building. A garage parking spot is also included for free if you rent this room.

The rent is 900 usd/month, and you need to pay (split with my roommate) for basic cable (9usd/month) and internet (20usd/month).

The current tenants are two BU students who will leave Boston for the summer. The apartment is clean and neat (see images attached). We are looking for responsible people with no unhealthy living habits to rent this apartment for the summer.
