My official job title at Boston University is Senior Microcomputer Specialist. I work in a small group within University Information Systems and Technology called Microcomputer Support Services. We're located at 881 Comm Ave on the third floor. We support mainly administrative users of desktop computers. Mike Dunn is my manager. The other members of our group are Mark Hagen, Carmella Galeno, Huyen Tang, and Alfred Poon.
