12/17/2010: CS101 is complete, and final grades have been submitted.
Final grades are not negotiatble, so please don't even ask.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responding to any student emails before TUESDAY 12/21.
If you have concerns about your exam score, we can discuss it during my office hours in January.
Lack of planning on your behalf does not constitute an emergency on my behalf.

Here is the final grade distribution:

11/15/2010: A small schedule change has been made to accomodate guest speakers at the end of the semester.
Please note that quiz 6 has been moved to THU 12/2.
9/30/2010: We will use the Jython Environment for Students for several homeworks involving Python.
9/20/2010: Here is a Style Sheet Validator which can help you debug your CSS files.
9/10/2010: The CS department grad students tutoring hours schedule has been posted. These are tutoring hours you may visit in addition to our regular TF hours.
9/8/2010: Text editors to try for HTML assignments:
TextWrangler (Mac); Notepad ++ (Windows)
9/7/2010: There is no lecture on Thursday 9/9.
There will be a make-up lab for those observing Rosh Hashana, which will be held on MON 9/13 @ 6-7pm. All others should attend their regularly scheduled lab on Thursday.
8/31/2010: CS101A1 is a special section for students in the School of Hospitality Administration.
Students in all other schools (e.g. CAS/SMG/COM) should register for CS101B1.

Class will begin on Thursday 9/2/10 at 3:30pm in CAS B12. There are no teaching labs this week.
