Coach Kahl is serving in her first year as head coach of the BU Alpine Ski Team. A multifaceted athlete in her four years at BU, Nicole led the women's team to regionals in all four of her years on the team. With a heart that will melt the snow she skis on, and a glare that will freeze it again, Coach Kahl is all business on the hill.

A native of New Haven, Connecticut, Kahl knows what it's like to press through hard times. It is this determination that enabled her to lead the BU women to their school-record fifth straight regional championships -- this time, as a coach. When not coaching skiing or mountaineering, Kahl can be found frolicking with her twin pitbulls, or enjoying a meal at the local Popeye's.
