There will be a meeting to fill everyone in on training camp soon after Thanksgiving. See you at the Ski Expo in Dorchester. (It's off the JFK/UMass stop on the red line.)This is a reminder regarding the meeting at the GSU Backcourt on Wednesday November 4, 2009. All dues will be due at this meeting. League forms will also be filled out. This is mandatory for all new and returning members. There will be an email with more information regarding cost. Checks made payable to BU Ski Team. The season closed on yet another successful season for the Boston University Ski Team. The Womens team placed second in the Thompson division, placing in the top three in nine out of ten regular season races, which qualified them for USCSA Regionals. The womens team was lead by dominant Senior Mollie Zapata who placed 7th overall for the season, along with an excellent performance by freshman Teagan Lukacs, who placed 2nd overall. The Mens team placed 3rd in the regular season with exemplary performances by Seniors Tyler Picariello and Nick Vornle, who won the men's individual regular season title. The men's third place standing overall qualified them for Regionals as well, where we saw stand out performances by Tavish MacLeod and Tim Littlefield.
