Ad-Hoc Committee on Membership Report The Ad-Hoc Committee on Membership was created in response to growing concerns among members of the Allocations Board regarding many of the policies and procedures of the application process. The committee requested that all active members submit, in writing, any thoughts or suggestions they had about membership on the Board. Application for New Members The Board is always looking for involved and dynamic individuals to add to the already vibrant mix of members. However, spaces on the Board are limited. Primarily, we look for students with programming experience and the passion to fulfill all the duties of being on the AB. The first step in the application process (which takes at least 4 weeks from start to finish) is to fill out the application below and turn it in to an officer at a Board meeting. Hazing Law Acknowledgement Pursuant to the General Law of Massachusetts Chapter 269, Section 19, the Boston University Student Activities Office has developed a policy of requiring the executive board of every student organization to sign a statement acknowledging that they have received a copy of Sections 17, 18, and 19 of Chapter 269 of the General Law of Massachusetts and that they shall distribute a copy of this law to every member, plebe, pledge, or applicant for membership of the organization, and that the group, team, or organization understands and agrees to comply with the provisions of this law. The Allocations Board is a student organization recognized by the Boston University Student Activities Office. Fund The Travel Fund has been significantly changed
