Lisa Murray will be entering
her fifth year on the Terrier athletic training staff and will
continue working with the BU Women's Soccer team. In addition,
she also serves as the athletic trainer for the Terrier cross
country and track and field teams.
A cum laude graduate of
West Chester where she also played rugby, Murray began her athletic
training career in the fall of 2000 when she served as an athletic
training student for West Chester's field hockey team.
After receiving her B.S.
in athletic training with a minor in nutrition, Murray was named
an intern athletic trainer at Swarthmore College. While there
during the 2002-03 season, she worked with the men's soccer,
women's basketball, and men's lacrosse teams.
In addition to working at
Swarthmore, she was a graduate research assistant at West Chester.
A native of Landsdale, PA,
Murray came to Boston University in 2003 to begin her graduate
study in applied anatomy and physiology. Then, in 2004, she
was named to the athletic training staff full-time. In addition
to working with women's soccer, she also serves as the athletic
trainer for the Terrier cross country and track and field teams.
