Aaron Blum enters his second
year as a member of the Boston Universtiy athletic training
staff. Blum will work as the women's basketball athletic trainer
and oversee coverage for the tennis and golf teams.
Prior to his arrival at
BU, Blum earned a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from
Georgia Southern University in 2005. Following graduation, Blum
worked with the women's lacrosse and women's soccer teams at
UMBC as an assistant athletic trainer during the 2005-06 school
year.
Blum graduated from Boston
University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic
Training. Immediately after college, Blum headed down to Washington
College in Chestertown, Md., working as an assistant athletic
trainer from 2002-03.
Blum is a BOC certified
Athletic Trainer and an Approved Clinical Instructor (ACI) and
teaching assistant for Sargent College's Athletic Training Education
Program.
A Wappingers Falls, N.Y.,
native, Blum currently resides in Brighton, Mass.
