James moved to Boston from Nanjing, China where he taught English as a second language and studied Mandarin. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Arizona in 2007. He is a 2L at BUSL and is interested in international law and moot court. He is also a member of the Boston University International Law Journal.

Mariya moved to Boston from Lafayette, California. She received a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2007. She is a 3L at BUSL and is interested in corporate and international law. She is also a member of the Boston University Review of Banking and Financial Law.

Meghan, originally from Newfane Vermont, graduated from Kenyon College in 2005 with a BA in Philosophy. She then moved to New York City for 2 years where she was a paralegal at Alliance Bernstein LP. Meghan is a second year student interested in constitutional law, international law and, of course, the FRCP.

Adam has been living in Boston since 1990, with a few years off in San Diego. He's married, with two kids, and also coaches rowing and wrestling at BB&N School, up the river.

Dean was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated in 2003 from Brooklyn Technical High School, one of the few specialized high schools dedicated to science and math in New York City. He later attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.A. cum laude in an interdisciplinary major of Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and minors in Classical Studies and Psychology. His main undergraduate studies focused on evolutionary game theory, behavioral law and economics, and modern political philosophy. He is currently a 2L at Boston University School of Law who is interested in corporate regulations, civil rights litigation, and criminal defense. In addition to his membership on ACS, he is a journal member of the Review of Banking and Financial Law and will also be starting the Criminal Law Clinic in Spring 2009.
