Click-by-click screen capture recordings

Disclaimer:These are pretty raw and clunky videos that were recorded with very little lead or preparation time at all. Suggestions or requests for videos can be sent to abramsb@bu.edu; criticism is politely declined.

• Logging on to Zoom: Logging on to BU's single-sign-on Zoom implementation
• Setting up a Zoom meeting/class: scheduling a Zoom meeting (one-time and recurring), settings
• Running a large class through Zoom: large classes where student audio would be too distracting and cumbersome for the system (i.e., lectures)
• Running a small class or meeting through Zoom: including discussions and "dry labs." Different views; breakout rooms; students asking for help; really clunky whiteboard implementation; and more.
• Recording a Zoom and posting to Blackboard: posting a recorded Zoom meeting (or any video for that matter) to the Media Gallery (Kaltura) on blackboard.
• Changing Zoom settings: Muting participants, adding co-hosts, and more.
• TurningPoint+Zoom: click-by-click walkthrough of CH102's SCI 109 implementation for during the remote instruction portion of Spring 2020.
• DropBox File Requests: setting up a folder for file requests. Students are given the link to drop files into this folder.
• Annotating PDFs (MacOS): annotating and grading PDF files using Preview on MacOS.
• Annotating PDFs (PC): annotating and grading PDF files using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free download from Adobe) on PC.
