Metropolitan Gallery Exhibition Opportunity: The Metropolitan Gallery is available for exhibitions throughout the year. This new gallery features emerging artists, faculty, and staff work from the BU community. If you are interested in exhibiting your work, please apply through the Dean’s office by contacting Ruth Ciolfi at rciolfi@bu.edu.  The Metropolitan Gallery is located in Dean Halfond’s office at 755 Commonwealth Avenue, room 103. Any person with Boston University affiliation is eligible to exhibit their work in the gallery. There is no cost to use the gallery and exhibits run approximately six to eight weeks.

Jenn Markham (’07) danced on the program To the Pointe, a live show about dance, Thursday, January 11th, on Boston Neighborhood Network, Channel 9 at 6:30pm. The episode, featuring Margot Parsons’ dance company, can be found on the To the Pointe website at http://www.to-the-pointe.org/shows.html or on Margot’s website at www.dancevisions.net.

Phaedra Shanbaum (’06) and her gallery, AXIOM, was featured in The Boston Globe.  The Arts Administration Program is mentioned in the article: Their new station in life.
